SHIPPING POLICY
The time needed to prepare an order for shipment varies depending on supply. My average turn-around between purchase and shipment is less than 7 days.
You will receive a shipping notice once your order ships. I ship USPS. Domestic orders (US customers) are typically received within 3 to 5 days of shipment. Orders outside of the US can vary from 2 to 5 weeks.
If you are ordering jewelry for a specific occasion, it is highly recommend that you notify me when making your purchase so we can make sure you receive it on time.
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
It’s important to me that you love your jewelry. I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your jewelry if you would like to make a return.
Postage for returns is paid for by the customer and not Clay N Wire.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for custom orders.
